We had a great weekend. Loved sitting on the porch overlooking the river. If we were staying longer than a weekend I really would have liked a washer and dryer.

I met the house keeping team prior to check in at 4. I did a drive by to find the cabin prior to check in and house keeping team was there preparing for my arrival. Very pleasant and made sure I knew how to contact staff if any issues. Very polite and professional.

Very pleased with property accommodations and rental experience. Cabin was very clean when we arrive. Driveway had even been blown off to remove leaves and twigs.

The lady we spoke with on the phone was fantastic!!

We wanted a good place to spend time together away from our regular life and we enjoyed the setting, spacious cabin, fire pit, hot tub, well equipped kitchen, and clean accommodations.

Cabin was just like the pictures.

Other than a question when I was researching properties that was quickly answered I didn't really have any interaction with the team. I received the info I needed a week before our stay and never had any issues.

My husband and I had two of our sons with us who are 15 and 20 yrs old. The downstairs worked out perfectly for them to just hang out. They brought a gaming system that hooked up easily to the TV and they had fun with the pool table and air hockey as well. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view of the sunsets. The property was so convenient to Helen and other nearby cities. While it was up on a mountain offering beautiful views and a secluded feel it was not a bad 1/2 mile drive up to the cabin.
